Soldiers of Fort Laurens represent the OHIO members of Sam's Army. Fort Laurens was the first Revolutionary Fort built in Ohio. We will also be travelling to South Africa next summer.

Also known as the 1st Continental Regiment (Est. July 1, 1776) The Regiment was assigned to Brig. Gen. Anthony Wayne's Division in the spring of 1777. The 1st Pennsylvania was considered an elite unit and was given the post of honor on the right of the line during the 1777 campaign. We are a small group who usually meet at Piper's Pub in the South Side of Pittsburgh. They show Live English Premier League, USA National Team, Champions League,World Cup, Scottish Premier League, FA Cup, Euro 2012, MLS, Internationals and More... They also offer a very large selection of beers in bottle and on draft as well as one of the largest selections of Scotch in the area. We would like to welcome any and all to join us at the far post for a few pints!

My friend and I will be attending the World Cup and we have tickets to the US's 3 first round games and (hopefully) to the first knock out game. We will be in Johannesburg from June 11 through June 30. We live in California but through my work colleague who lives in Johannesburg, we have secured my colleagues apartment to rent. It is a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in a secured building. The best part is the rate, $500/night total! My friend and I are looking for 2-3 other US fans that would want to share this apartment with us.
